95 Decodable Duos
The 95 Duo Decodables project involved developing two levels of decodable readers for kindergarten and first-grade students. The innovative design featured a patent-pending concept where students first read a text-only version of the story to build fluency, then flip the book to view the same text paired with illustrations after mastering the words. This dual-version approach supports decoding and comprehension. As art director, designer, and illustrator, I led a team to execute the project, overseeing all design elements, creating illustrations for the Kindergarten books, and developing packaging materials. The project aimed to provide an engaging, educational experience that was inclusive and representative of diverse student identities.
